Worldwide Analyst

Job Description Summary
Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President of WorldWide Student Services, the WorldWide Operations Analyst maintains responsibility for analyzing and communicating data-driven recommendations to augment all WorldWide student and faculty facing operations including, but not limited to academic advising, student services, career services and faculty services. The WorldWide Operations Analyst is also responsible for proposing and implementing enhancements, in coordination with department leaders within the aforementioned areas in both undergraduate and graduate. The WorldWide Operations Analyst will follow processes and operations set forth by the Associate Vice President of WorldWide Student Services.
Job Description
Duties and Tasks:
Provide feedback on consistent application of guidelines and standards of procedure while determining best practices and process enhancements.
Provide critical data and documentation needed for generation of daily, weekly and monthly reports reflecting performance of team.
Provide real-time and historical reporting and auditing at individual, team and department levels.
Colleague and Salesforce Customer Relation Management reporting, file maintenance and system administration.
Interpret, apply and comply with university as well as federal, state and institutional regulations governing university accreditation; maintain current working knowledge of guidelines/regulations related to university accreditation
Provide recommendations on departmental policies and procedures to enhance service productivity.
Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
Train end users on new reports and dashboards
Demonstrate integrity, ethical behavior in working with confidential information.

Others duties as assigned by the Associate Vice President of WorldWide Student Services
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred
Two or more years of progressive experience in an analyst and/or operations role
Superior oral, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Expert knowledge of systems databases, data analysis, MS Office and reporting fundamentals required.
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
Ability to engage with a variety of constituents from many different cultural backgrounds
Superior organizational skills; ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently.
Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
