Director, DBA Program

Job Description Summary
The Tapia College of Business at Saint Leo University is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time, tenure track, faculty administrator to work with the College's Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. The position reports to the Dean of the College of Business and supervises DBA Faculty and Staff.
Job Description
Duties and Tasks:
The successful candidate will:
Supervise DBA faculty and the DBA Academic Program Manager;
Oversee accreditation activities related to the DBA program (SACS and ACBSP);
Coordinate all activities related to the DBA program, both internally and with external stakeholders;
Chair DBA student dissertations and/or serve on committees;
Advise DBA students;
Teach DBA online, onground hybrid, and residency courses, as assigned;
Lead the ongoing development (e.g., course development, sequencing, etc.) of the DBA program;
Maintain an ongoing independent research agenda; and
Perform service to the University, the DBA program, and the discipline.
The minimum requirements are:
An earned DBA or PhD in business administration or management (or a closely related discipline) from a regionally accredited university or college;
Demonstrated graduate coursework in research methods and statistics;
Two to three (2-3) years' experience chairing and/or serving on doctoral committees.
The successful candidate will be based in Saint Leo, Florida, just north of Tampa.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
